About Shipping

Standard Order Delivery Time

• Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
• Most standard delivery shipments to the continental U.S. arrive in 3-7 business days.
• Shipping time for orders to Alaska and Hawaii as well as other non-continental US sites vary depending on destination and weight of order.

Orders Outside of the United States

• International and APO orders are shipped Express Air with delivery time dependent on destination and weight of order. 

School Purchase Orders

• Please fax your official school purchase order along with your order form to: (818) 980-1520.
• Order must include specific accounts payable name and contact information, ship-to delivery address as well as a purchase order number. Please call us with any questions. (800) 797-1050.

US Shipping Methods

• Please note that most carriers deliver Monday to Friday only. Shipping times start when the order leaves the warehouse.

Economy Shipping (USPS Parcel Post, USPS Media Mail)

• This is the least expensive method. Economy shipping takes 15-28 business days except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam which can take up to six weeks.
• Rates vary depending on weight and destination of order.
• Orders qualifying for FREE Shipping use this method, must be $35. or more in merchandise, include no items eligible for the 50% Discount on Domestic Commercial Ground Shipping, and ship to a single address in the US.

Standard Shipping (USPS Priority, FedEx Ground)

• Priority shipping takes 3-7 business days
• FedEx Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days.
• Rates vary depending on weight and destination of order.
• Orders qualifying for “50% Discount on Domestic Commercial Ground Shipping” use this method, include eligible items and ship to a single address in the US.
• Eligible items: all libraries, super star theater. Note: list may occasionally include items not mentioned here.

Two-Day Shipping  (FedEx 2-day)

• Air shipping, 48-hour delivery, Monday-Friday, from the date FedEx receives package.
• Orders received Friday through Sunday do not ship until Monday and Tuesday respectively.
• Available for US postal addresses only including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. FedEx will not ship to Post Office boxes.
• Rates vary depending on weight and destination of order.

One-Day Shipping  (FedEx Express Standard)

• Air shipping, 24-hour delivery, Monday-Friday, from the date FedEx receives package.
• Orders received Friday through Sunday do not ship until Monday and Tuesday respectively.
• Available for US postal addresses only including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. FedEx will not ship to Post Office boxes.
• Rates vary depending on weight and destination of order.

International Shipping

Order Processing

Please fill out the customer registration and address fields as follows:

• Fill in your street address
• Enter  your State/Province name as the “City”
• Leave the State BLANK
• Choose your country from the pull-down menu.
• Any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Mail Standard Shipping

• It generally takes 5-10 business days for shipments to Canada (except for the Northwest and Yukon Territories and Nunavut), Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand; and two to six weeks delivery time for other destinations depending upon weight.

Mail Priority Shipping

• It generally takes less than 5 business days for shipments to Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand; two to six weeks delivery time for other destinations depending upon weight.

Sales Tax

• We are required by law to charge sales tax for sales into California.

Holiday Shipping

• Because of increased package shipment during the holidays, orders placed after December 10th may not be delivered before December 25th, especially if shipped via standard delivery. 
• We recommend using 2-Day and One-Day delivery to ensure package receipt during the holiday season.
